ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Location

MAKEDONIA Hall (Electra Palace Hotel, 1st floor)
File format and presentation equipment

Please prepare your presentation file Microsoft Office PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF format. (16:9 aspect ratio). Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman etc
Video files should be in WMW, MP4 or AVI format
Save your file with a .pptx extension for a better compatibility, starting the name of the file with the session number and the beginning hour of presentation
The session room will be equipped with a computer running Windows latest version (not Mac), projector and microphone
Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard)
Oral speakers are required to submit presentation files to the Preview Desk, located at the foyer outside MAKEDONIA Hall, at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session. Please bring your files on a USB memory stick to the preview desk
Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system		 Oral Sessions

During the symposium 8 oral sessions will be held
Presentation time includes question and answer time as well
The presenters who have applied for the ISHS Young Minds Awards will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee during their presentation to determine the winner
