POSTER GUIDELINES
Location

BYZANTIO Hall (Electra Palace Hotel, 1st floor)
Poster Size

Poster boards are in vertical format
The dimensions of the poster must not exceed 90 cm wide x 1.2m long
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract
Text, illustrations, etc. should be legible from two meters (six feet)
Each poster presenter is responsible for bringing a printed version of their poster
Mounting materials will be available in the poster area
In special circumstances, organizers provide all poster presenters with poster printing services and onsite poster delivery at the symposium. Please contact the conference until 26th May 2025 secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) if you wish us to print your poster and inform you about the cost		 Poster Sessions

During the symposium 4 poster sessions will be held
Please refer to the Final Program book that you will receive upon arrival at the symposium for the poster board number assigned to you
At the beginning of each session, 2 minutes’ flash talks will be available for all presenters. The purpose is to introduce the presenter to the participants as well as the subject of the study and not to explain their work
Afterwards poster presenters are requested to be present on their designated poster board(s) to answer questions during the presentation time
The presenters who have applied for the ISHS Young Minds Awards will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee during their presentation to determine the winner
Authors should install their posters at the beginning of their allocated session and remove them at the end. Please cooperate in the rotation of posters to ensure a smooth running of each session
